Usually really good shopping experience. However today let them down. I wanted two pair of curtains but they only had one in stock. No problem order them for me please. Sorry out of stock however Ilkeston have a pair. Okay can you give then a ring and save them for me. No can't do that but you could do click and collect. Tried click and collect not working so could you give them a ring. No sorry. Okay give me the number I will ring them. Don't have it. I then dashed over to Ilkeston in the hope that nobody else wanted the same curtains in the same size. I was lucky and got them. But it could have been so much better if they had just picked up the phone and rang on my behalf. Will be looking for alternative suppliers in future.

Just my favourite place to look for plastic flowers. They didn't have the one I wanted though.

Staff are lovely. Felt a bit cheeky actually, arranged for a click and collect. Normally I would go to the desk and pick up my order there, but on this visit my daughter was in the car and with current restrictions plus shes susceptible to viruses I noticed on the pickup confirmation you could arrange for a staff member to bring the goods to your car ***Amazing***. I followed the link expecting to wait 15 mins and within 3 minutes a lady came with my stuff in a large box, she put it by my the boot stepped back whilst I loaded the items got in the car and she took the empty box back into store. The reason I felt cheeky - there was a queue of three or four people by the outdoor click and collect desk when i parked up and they were still there when I drove off. Great service from my perspective but maybe the other customers got frustrated, that's my assumption, maybe they had enquiries more complex than that. All in all, I've never had bad service from the ilkeston branch.
