Excellent day out! I started off paying for a four hour trip and enjoyed it so much that I stayed on the boat for the full 8 hours. The crew were really nice, knowledgeable and very professional. I personally caught 15 dog fish, two conga and, a bull shark! (25lb) All round, great experience, 5 stars ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ Gary (10/9/2020) Highly recommended

Read All!! Went on a reef fishing trip today (2 hours), and didn't catch anything. This is understandable as we are on a fishing trip, so its usually based on luck. HOWEVER, the captain (The one member of staff on the boat) was not helpful at all! He had no personality, no info was given about the trip before or after taking our journey out to sea. He then gave us no assistance throughout the trip, just let us get on with it. HE SPENT THE WHOLE FISHING TRIP IN HIS CABIN ON THE PHONE!! We got left to fail. We just watched the guy make phone calls the entire 2 hours in his cabin.....it was a joke, in terms of customer service

Three families, with all the kids on a 90 minute mackerel fishing trip. Everyone had an absolute ball and everyone caught fish. The skipper and gilly were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely do this trip again the next time we’re in town.

Had a great half day fishing with John, weather wasn't the best but we still caught a great variety of fish. We hadn't got much experience of fishing but John showed us the ropes and was lovely, even saw a seal close up!

Took the four hour deep fishing trip. Cost me 175 for the five of us. Wished I'd seen the previous review, was hoping for some mackerel to take home but all that were caught were small spotted dogfish which were thrown back in the water. My book reckons that mackerel can be caught most of the time round Britain, apparently not here. Won't bother going again and would advise you to save your money or if you have to go, do the mackerel fishing trip......results are the same, nothing.
