Slow and un professional behavior by the staff. I was not sure I had an account but the lady gave me the form to fill out for new account. In the end I saw they had my old address proved they had my details took my driving license but still did not change the new address. Took ages to print a receipt and signed and was told not correct wait for the next one and sign. Later on I found out I was charged 1.50 something for God knows what. Not told. Spent half an hour in there for a 5 min job. Should have listened to my brother who said never use them Eastham one is much better.

Worst service provider , avoid at all cost, never give good rates specifically Lady here is very unprofessional and rude , have No Idea how to behave professionally she litterly treat ppl according to their backgrounds, she wasted my time every time I visited her I thought next time she may b better but she isn’t good at all. So stopped going there. UAE ex in general is good company but will loose the credibility due to ppl like her.

They used to be very professional but not anymore probably old staff either have left or transferred somewhere else. Present staff keep moving away from desk together perhaps taking lunch break in group while the shop is opened and customers are waiting. Many pretend as computer system is too slow to backup their own laziness. Maybe reversing above mentioned malpractice bring improvement.
