Svetlana has done a fantastic job on our Persian cat Dorian. His hair was quite badly matted and he was always angry and aggressive and sometimes he wouldn't even allow us to pet him (I guess because the hair was pulling and he felt uncomfortable). Svetlana suggested to make a lion hair cut. Since having his first haircut Dorian looks and feels amazing. His mood changed completely as nothing is worrying him anymore. He runs around the house so fast and it looks like he is enjoying his body now. We would highly recommend Svetlana and her team if you need your pet groomed as believe me we never thought somebody can handle our cat as he wouldn't even allow us to touch him. Thank you so much Svetlana, we are definitely going to use your service in the future.

We have been taking our Persian cat, Wilf, to Pet Universe for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Wilf can get a little matted and dislikes being brushed by me at home. After he has been groomed at Pet universe, he always comes out so happy and calm so we know he has been handled well and he always looks so handsome! He is like a different cat, much happier and like a kitten after his visits. Excellent, professional service provided at all times and I wouldn't use anyone else now! Thank you!
I didn’t think I could love my kittens anymore until Edita had worked her magic on them! I have 2 Persian chinchillas who are very playful and active but don’t always like a brush! They had got a little tangled and after the reviews I booked them in! I felt confident from my first meeting with Edita who cared to ensure they also had a good experience and didn’t feel stressed. They look and smell amazing and have been loving a belly rub with their new and improved coat! I will be back for sure!

Svetlana is awesome, booked a home visit for my rescued ex street cat as he is a very nervous and scared soul who is mostly deaf and blind so trimming his nails is a nightmare as he panics. Svetlana made him feel comfortable and did a great job and you can tell she genuinely loves cats. She is also a qualified vet as a bonus so it's great to have her alert you to any potential problems also. Highly recommend. This pic says it all how my cat feels
