Has anyone thought about seeking legal advice in regards to this management company? From reading the reviews its clear they are not only incapable but corrupt. Look forward to hearing back from people. Thanks

On 22nd May a car crashed into my flat. I imagined that a few weeks later my life would return to normal and I would be putting furniture back in place after the repairs had been done. However the rebuild has not even started in spite of the fact that I have phoned and emailed J Nicholson and Son staff 14 times in the last 3 weeks. 9th July I informed Nicholsons about a damaged windowpane. Follow up emails were sent on 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 22nd, 24th, 30th July and 2nd, 6th of August. The windowpane has not been replaced but it is really good to know that if I need them to look up some information about a property they no long manage they are able to do so in the record time of 40 mins! On this occasion Nicholsons have been woefully inadequate at arranging repairs at a property they are currently managing.
Pretty useless. Largely unresponsive, not able to communicate between residents in emergencies and no out-of-hours support.
Unfortunately I could not rate 0 (I would if I could) as that is more deserving for their service. I have in my time experienced some terrible service but this J Nicholson & Son are by far the WORST! AVOD AVOID - if you have a choice. If you do not have a choice, then check your options with a solicitor as J Nicholson will abuse their their position every chance they get..
Dreadful service with bunch of liers. Recently bought a property and contacted them being free holders. My solicitor sent all the information before completion and when contacted them they said not having received the paper work, my solcitor shared prooof of sending the paperwork with the person delaing at this company in CC, since then no further commuincation . Called numerous times and sent emails no reply. Not sure why these people are in business when they don't serve their clients. Completely unprofessional and disgusting standards of service.
