What a great workout! Zero push ups and yet I’m developing a strong core! Great instructor who knows how to motivate you and get you to push to be a better you each week - amazing, I don’t miss my class unless there’s an emergency!

Hired this place for a funeral , terrible service rude staff , equipment wasn’t working properly, table was broken. They had no compassion kicked us out dead on 9 o clock didn’t even let us wait for our cabs bolted the door closed. Very terrible customer service considering we were grieving and in the end tried to refuse giving our deposit back.
