We contacted Get Rapid Plans in late 2020 for planning permissions for our loft conversion and double storey back extension. We were definitely novices regarding planning permissions and required a major hand holding to get us through the difficult planning stages. Nash and Javed were a powerful team with sharp insights on best ways of designing and ensured we got our planning approvals. We noted how their garnered years of experience of working with Havering Council planners proved indispensable in this project. Our hip roof proved a difficult project for loft conversion for a prior arranged planning consultant. Get Rapid Plans executed this rather easily because of (I believe) their seasoned experience and track record of executing such like projects in the past. Javed’s hard work ethics and skills is as well worthy of note. You could tell that its not just a job for him, he actually enjoys what he does. The team is very professional, yet very human, patient and relatable. You are definitely getting more value than what you pay, especially if you are new at this and need a bit of hand holding. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
