What amazing service I was very nervous when exchanging my phone because I wanted to make sure that everything was transferred correctly. There were three gentlemen in there and all three were extremely kind and patient and completed the transaction fantastically. I was so happy with the service that I actually bought a TV as well. We have been customers there before and have always been satisfied with the service and product bought . I would highly recommend this particular store in Barkingside .Well done gentlemen.
Very positive experience, I recommend this shop as they are fairly priced & honest regarding repairs. Found the staff really helpful & was very impressed by the kind nature of the staff in helping a vulnerable elderly person with her technology issues in a kind manner, considering the time & effort was unpaid. This to me shows customer service at its best.
