Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Hygiene is also not a top priority for them. They make no attempt to hide their nonchalant attitude. What surprises me is, do “creams” really think they are so special that despite treating customers so poorly, people will return. I do not feel entitled. I am not asking you to treat customers as royalty, just with a little common courtesy and respect.

Ordered via UberEats 2 slices of cheesecake on the basis that it's from the Cheesecake Factory. (1) Dodgy menu - I had wanted the Red Velvet. It would show as available - I'd put it in the basket - check out - then told it's sold out so I can replace or cancel. This happened on 3 separate occasions. I never could get it to work in the end so I ordered 2 different slices instead. (2) Well, I still received the wrong cheesecake (blueberry instead of raspberry). They have different crumb bases so it is actually a total change in flavour. (3) Shockingly tiny portions. Embarrassingly so. I normally don't take photos but had to document this. The price is 7.95 per cheesecake and the slice is 10cm long. Do not repeat my mistake and buy elsewhere.

I've been to this location 3 or 4 times now and in all honesty, the service is terrible here. The staff never seem bothered about customers needs and are usually on their phones. Food has gone downhill too, was really great at first but now not so much. Probably would avoid going forward.
