The worst time of people works here. When you go to get advice all their thinking about is their pockets and how they can save money. I was astonished to see how pushy and neglecting they are towards the needs of the less privileged and they consider everyone who has a need a burden. I am extremely disappointed at how every matter brought here is handled, and on top of this the managers do not bother to look into the issue, but rather leave it to the less capable colleagues to ruin other people’s future. Pathetic excuse for social care at this institution!

The information I was given was wrong and waisted nearly a month of my time. Also during my visit the person I was talking to put her laptop down on a random table to help me, when she'd finished she panicked and laughed about she forgot where her laptop was and what data was on it, I had to tell her where she'd put it. GDPR are just 4 letters
