As a local guide, I must say that I've travelled and reviewed all across the maps of England and even elsewhere in Europe. This shop is independently owned by a charming lady called Shazia, who, by all means, treats you with a familiar affection and care that is to be praised. Customer service excels to a standard that would put most shops around the area to shame - and her products are reasonably priced. The animals she has in the shop - namely fish and birds - are extremely fun and full of character, and I've personally bought all my fish from her. I'm also now a proud owner of an African Grey who doesn't stop talking all the time, loves climbing onto my arm and sing. My best purchase in life so far. I'd advise everyone to at least pay it a visit if they're around the area as it certainly is an outstanding pet shop.

The staff and owner was extremely helpful and insightful. They were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable which really improved my experience here. It was a really good experience and I would recommend this pet shop as they have a large range of different pets and they really care after each individual pet and keep them in the best condition. This is a smaller business, which I did appreciate because the staff took their time with me, advising me and giving me a personal experience when buying my first pet. I cannot emphasise that I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
I have taken home four cockatiels to date from them. The staff are really friendly and I do believe they do everything they can for pets in their care and are constantly changing the shop environment to suit them best. The shop has changed a lot since the first time I visited them almost a year ago. I still visit the shop from time to time even if not to buy something. Definitely lifts my mood for the better. In terms of cages though, I feel it is a bit pricey and I was able to find much better bigger alternative for cheaper pricing online later to accommodate four birds spaciously. My birds are let out for most of the day and they go back in the cage when they are ready to settle for the day. I give five stars because the birds were priced fairly based on my research and were easily social even though they were not hand reared and for the lovely staff of course.
Lovely service, the owner and her staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable answering every question I had. The bearded dragon I got was very healthy and tamed amazing pet. Have also gotten kittens in the past and have been fantastic. Would recommend to anyone.
Thank you for bringing Cookie in our life. We got her when she is 8 weeks in Jan 2020. The staff/ boss is nice. He asks questions and make sure that we are capable to have a cat. Cookie is one of the best thing in my life. Thank you.
