Big lump of limestone on the banks of the River Dove between Dove Dale and Mill Dale. You can cross the river here and walk up the very steep bank to the hills that surround Dove Dale and then walk back to Ilam. If you are going to Mill Dale or the Stepping Stones stick to the main path.
