Fantastic service and accommodations, we have a special needs dog and they had no qualms about it. Their patio is fantastic, in fact it was so nice out last night the patio was full and inside was nearly empty! Great food, the panini selections were amazing! Will most definitely come back to try more.
It’s very unfortunate to see a manager treat a customer with the upmost flattery and respect, and then turn around and treat app-based delivery drivers as sub human. The condescending behavior of this man was representative of one of the worst qualities a manager (let alone any person) could have. On a final note, if a delivery driver is coming to pick up an order from your place of business, please don’t become hostile toward us drivers if the order you prepared has been sitting there for hours. We more than likely just received the order 5 minutes prior to arriving at the location. 9 times out of 10 it’s simply a glitch in the app. This error has personally happened to me many times, and if you give us a second before ripping our heads off we could explain that to you.
They have just unbelievable sandwiches! ️ Highly recommend!
Really rude staff. They won't acknowledge there mistakes and will insult the customers. I've seen them ignore delivery people so good luck ordering.
