Normally satisfied heavily with il capriccio, but my visit on the 26th August 2020 was not up to standard. Over 2 hours 30 minutes wait for 5 meals and deserts. Incorrectly charged 10% *voluntary* service charge and found hair in chocolate fudge cake. Disappointed because usually good, but barely satisfactory today.

Nice Italian lunch menu. Staff were quick with the service. Didn't get my Lemon sauce with the grilled fish

The food was excellent. We had the company event and everyone enjoyed the food. Pleasant environment. Friendly staff. Reasonable price too
