We had a fantastic time with Ikuko! She is a very good teacher and patiently explained every step to us. Very enjoying and useful experience overall. 100% recommended.

Alan Watson

Really great experience. Learned so much. Glad we followed advice to make our own sushi within two weeks. Ours may not (yet) look as good as Waitrose - but great taste!

Jim Rooney

A fabulous lady and teacher we learnt so much and the food was better than we had in Japan, really delicious home cooked food.

Andrew Sanders

Lovely sushi, great teacher and a very fun day! Highly recommended.
