First time eating at this place. Food was worth the price. But some of the food was under cooked and there was to much batter on the fish and shrimps. Next time I'll just order something else

Ordered two family fish and shrimp meals but discover when I get home no condiments (cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, ketchup, etc.) were in either box. I call them to make the staff aware of the mistake and the guys response wasn't apologetic at all. Instead of offering me my missing items I was told I should've checked my bag before I left. Encountering such horrible customer service has ensured that I won't be back. Nothing will make up for the bland fries and staff bad attitude.
Order accuracy sucks. Family meal call for cole slaw, French fries or baked beans and 6 hush puppies. First time only received fish & fries. Second time fish, fries and 4 hush puppies. Check your order before you leave. Fish is good. Hush puppies are good.
The place is popular so youre definitely going to have to wait. The fried salmon sandwich is really good. The 25 box that comes with 10 pieces of fish and 20 wings and fries was really good as well.
GOOD FRESH HOT FOOD... REASONABLE PRICES.. BEST BROWNIES.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHICH TAKES AWAY FROM WHAT COULD BE A GREAT EXPERIENCE..
