Clean, Covid safety precautions in place, always a table wait time. Food was good. Server was fast and friendly. Parking is a task, but considering the location, it fits.

The place is good for breakfast. Pancakes are great! The service representative was a little rude in terms of serving/ asking for any extra help. There was 15-20 mins of wait time and also, the order took a while to come in. But would surely visit for amazing pancakes!

This is a unique IHOP location, and is one I have visited on and off over the years. It is the only one I can recall which still retains the original architecture; as such, it is smaller (and more aged) than many locations. It can easily become crowded. However, what makes this location stand out has been the service. The staff here seems to genuinely care, and take their time ensuring that patrons are tended-to during visits.
We appreciate food and service here, our only weekly ritual..pancakes. never had any issues since we started coming here. Always busy. They do their best in regards to covid. Thank you for that
