First time at this location overall experience was really great. Service was on point. Food was delicious and at a perfect temperature. Coffee was fresh. What more could you ask for. We will be back for a second time.

IHOP is usually a great place - I am a fan. The location is great, the menu carries a lot of variety, and the prices are fair. The service and cleanliness - definitely needs to improve. This place could be 5 stars!!! Mgmt needs to look at this and make some changes. When you have staff joking behind a wall cutting up and three tables waiting on someone to help them - go look at the video (camera right above that area)...something needs to change.
Our food was cold, and the order wasn't correct. We ordered something to split, and we're given 2 of the same thing, which were still incorrect. My daughters order was wrong, but promptly Everything tasted delicious, but was cold. Our service was great! Our server has great customer service, and was very prompt.
We went on Christmas Day. Wait wasnt bad. 25 min. Food was good. I have nothing to complain about. Our waitress was great and we tipped her extra for working on Christmas
