I had the greatest experience today. Being that there was no school today, I decided to take my kiddo on a mommy daughter brunch date. It was great. I love this location because it is always clean and I have not had a negative experience with any employee. Today our waitress, Abigail, was very attentive. Just before stepping out, the manager, approached us and offered to refill my coffee to go. That is always a plus for me. On or way out, my kid dropped her straw and the two young gentleman Brando and Michael were nice and rapidly and in a nice way provided one. They were very courteous and that is very important in my book. Props to today's crew!

Food was good, I ordered a Philly Cheesecake with a side salad. The meat was flavorful and juicy. The salad was great, really great looking and tasting veggies. I wish the drink prices were a little bit cheaper though but I guess it wouldn't be good for business since they have unlimited refills. Good experience overall and the waitress was great, not overly eager and gave us space and time to enjoy our food.
Bad service. Several waiters around me, and yet nobody to refill my coffee. No Tabasco or Chalula. Several waiters chatting with what seemed to be relatives. Who have been served has everything they need, and I can't get a cup of coffee. If no stars was an option I would have put that. It wasn't just me that was upset 3 other customers were also fed up with this terrible service.
