Prior to COVID, I would visit IHOP once a month. I just realized about a week ago that they set up a covered outside seating area. So I decided to try it out. When I arrived, they sat me down immediately. Waitress came and took my order. I ordered Biscuits and gravy combo. You can see for yourself what they served me. Please note there was bacon strip laid on top of the gravy which I moved aside to take the pic. I started eating and the food was barely room temperature. I asked the waitress for extra gravy. She brought me barely room temperature small plastic cup of gravy. It also looked as if they were short staffed for such a small dining area. Very disappointing. I do take into consideration the COVID19 drawbacks but I think I'm gonna wait for inside dining before I return.
I really enjoy this IHOP. The staff is great and the service has always been wonderful.
Delicious food and nice service. Absolutely recommended! Beverages are mostly with free refills and the customer service is good. Coffee was great!
I ordered my usual favorite Big Steak Omelet! And i was so disappointed. It's not like it use to when dine in is open, portion got smaller and taste kinda bland. The Omelet comes with 3 pancakes and they gave me burnt pancakes!!! On top of that they only gave me 1 syrup...Ihop im so disappointed on you...
