Loved the character of our room. Although we were only staying 1 night we were pleased to have a full kitchen. The rooms all have lake view and it looked like there was an ice rink outside our door. Owners are super friendly and wanting to make our stay very pleasant. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent service. Clean rooms and comfortable! Great view and quiet -right on the lake! No air conditioning but cool nights every night from breeze off the lake. I will be back!
Awsome owners! Amazing quiet little place! Really beautiful views, really clean rooms, and really comfy beds! We were traveling across Canada, the owners helped us with an extremely early check in! I will definitely be returning if I travel across Canada again!
Always a road trip highlight! I pass through Ignace a couple times a year and always look forward to my stay at the Lone Pine! The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly! Oh, and the dog and home made baked goods are also a highlight! Will definitely continue to visit!
An absolutely gorgeous lake view rooms. Updated washrooms and a very friendly staff. The only issue I had was not being able to lock my door because the key didn't work!
Highly recommend this. We had a wonderful night the day before yesterday. I love the rigid bed very much, that was very helpful for my fatigue back!
Highly recommend. Called ahead to book a room and was greeted on the phone by a very nice polite woman. Beautiful view of the lake from the room where my husband and I got to watch the sun set and relax after a long day of driving. Owner made sure we were comfortable in a clean renovated room. Very clean motel and is also pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee. If we ever have to travel through the area again we will for sure make this our stop.
This little gem is simply amazing! We were travelling with our 8 month old labrador and couldn't have felt more welcomed. The place is absolutely spotless and every detail has been looked after! We ordered pizza and salad and it was delivered to our room which overlooked a frozen lake. In the morning, I was able to cook our own breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. Our puppy loved the freedom of running in the snow and playing fetch on the lake. We even considered staying two nights but we had a long journey ahead. Next time we are in the area, we will make it a point to stay there. Thank you!
