I had a great experience here. ifix imend staff was super helpful - listened to my issue, suggested solutions and explained everything to me clearly. They provided great customer service to every other customer that came in while I was waiting too. They were able to get me up and running again. Highly recommend!
Great service, fixed my water damaged phone at a reasonable cost and within a very short time. A different issue came up after about a week and half which was associated with loss of network reception. I took it back to them and they fixed it at no extra cost. Genuine people who explain what work has been carried out. They reassure you that you can take it back if you have any further problems and honour their word.
