con men. my phone wasn't charging took it in and told them i needed the charging port replacing. they said that it needed cleaning i said no its the port that's damaged they insisted it needed cleaning and charged me for it to be cleaned. when that inevitably didn't work i took it back asking for a refund and for them to change the charging port i originally asked for. which they did. when i returned to collect my phone i was told that the original quote was wrong. it was clear that i was being charged for the unsuccessfull cleaning and the new port. had this happened in the uk i would have refused to pay its only because i dont know the laws in belgium that i did. im pretty sure that its illegal for them to just charge you extra when ever they feel. unprofessional, immoral, unacceptable. and ffs you claim to be an IT company surely if any one should realise that we live in a time when just because some one is a tourist dosnt mean you wont get a bad name by ripping them off its you
