Half of this store consists of household items, the other of TVs and multimedia. However, there is a major lack of demos. You cannot test music installations or PCs. You won't find the latest updates there either. The staff has a poor knowledge of the products. They want to sell a little bit of everything but lack the knowledge and related items. If you want to buy a record player,you won't find any standard boxes there. If you want to buy a music system, then you see a CD player but no amplifier or tuner, ..... If you want to switch to DAB , then you only see kitchen radios that you can't even listen to, no full hi-fi system, even they exist already long time How to try a product if nothing works? This is not possible.
Horror service, if you buy something which has an warranty you have to pay for it if need to be repaired, and de reparations are just on the paper, they give you it în The same conditions, of less.

Voor de zoveelste (nu echt de laatste keer) buiten gegaan met niets! Slechts 2 verkopers, 1 aan de kassa en 1 in de winkel, die alle tijd hebben van de wereld. Ik snap dat ze de klanten moeten helpen maar al leunend wat opzoeken om na 15min nog steeds leunend te staan zoeken, das erover. En ik ben vandaag niet de enige die met lege handen is weggegaan. Ik ben naar electro De Muyt geweest waar ik na 5min buiten was met mijn aankoop. Vriendelijk en scherp in prijs. Vanaf nu mijn electrowinkel in ieper!
