Great little bar with an awesome atmosphere and a spectacular beer list at very reasonable prices. If you're ever in Ypres and you love beer I would highly recommend this place. Staff were very friendly too.

What an amazing bar. This is a real hidden gem in Ypres. It's so relaxed that people are playing various changes at most of the games. Scrabble, Uno, cards, drafts. Great atmosphere and an excellent host running the place. Love this place
Everything I look for in a Belgian bar. Great selection of drinks, friendly service (table service was available), good atmosphere and central location. Visited on a busy Sunday evening on B'twixmas (that time between Christmas and New Year). Plenty of tables and seating too which was a bonus.
I came here with my Dad in early January while on a trip visiting WW1 and WW2 sites in northern France and Belgium. As well as watching the Meningate ceremony we looked for somewhere decent to have a few beers and Kaffee Bazaar was absolutely ideal. My Dad had a random special red, flavoured beer and I was recommended Lindemans Pecherese by the lady behind the bar. One of the nicest lambic beers I've had and gladly I have found a local beer shop in West London that sells it. I also had a snack of Belgian cheese and mustard with celery shaker. It went very well with a few beers. The whole bar had a great atmosphere with board games available, and candlelit tables. I'd definitely recommend a visit here but make sure you don't have to drive, and have enough time to try lots of beers from a huge quality selection. A brilliant bar.
Great atmosphere, great selection of world beers, very much worth a walk from the main square.
