I was beyond impressed with my experience at this office. My first contact was with his PA Wilson in the hospital and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me so I can quickly get out of hospital, I met Dr. Savaliya in the office after getting discharged from hospital, he even looked up the price of the antibiotic he prescribed so I wouldn’t be surprised at the pharmacy and printed off a coupon so I could save some money on it. He was awesome who would go an extra mile to help someone like me.

Finally we found someone who can understand and treat our problem rather than ignoring it. We are very thankful to ID Care. If you’re dealing with unusual infection this is the place to go.

ID Care was treating my father during his last days for infection, he was very sick & we had very little hope, when he passed at home none of the physicians took care of him were willing to sign his death certificate including his primary care physician and cape fear valley hospital. Funeral home suggested lets ask ID Care since they did treated him for infection, Dr. Vipul Savaliya at ID Care sign his death certificate, I never met him but like to thank him for the selfless help he did, people like him does exist, I’m sorry doctor I did came personally to meet to thank you but you were not in the office, I did left a note to one of the girls in the front.

Dr Savaliya is very knowledgeable, kind and also very personable. He takes the time to explain what’s going on and reassure patients, very thoroughly covers everything. It is also easy to get an appointment and convenient. I highly recommend ID Care to anyone looking for a specialist to treat infection.
