Excellent I.T. Support - At Safe and Sound we revue our suppliers regularly and last year went out to tender for our I.T. contract, we discussed our requirements with several local I.T. providers and from the very first meeting ICU IT demonstrated professionalism, a can do attitude, a willingness to go the extra mile to assist us. Initially we asked ICU IT to provide and set up some new laptops, they did provide us with a comprehensive service looking at our existing IT and making suggestions for us to take forward. We have continued to work with ICU IT and on the 1st January 2021 awarded them our full IT services contract. They handled the transition exceptionally, very smooth and professional, to the users they have barely noticed the change. This is in large part down to the hard work of Kevin Sandars our key contact, his service has been outstanding, also ready to help, provide assistance and answer questions above and beyond the contracted requirements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ICU IT as any business's IT provider. Full marks!
