Perhaps the worst behaviour I have seen from any branch manager of a bank.I had trouble accessing the details of my credit card and when I went for the help to this branch guess what instead of helping me the branch manager straight away told me to mail on the respective customer care emails and this credit card is not their department to handle. At first I felt maybe the issue is not their to solve but then again I noticed that he had this same behaviour to almost every query of the customer.For one customer he replied to his face \Maharajj pehle application to khol k dekho\. Very rude and unpleasant behaviour.
All staff are supportive. exclusive branch manager. .... why such of person required for bank...useless...
I didn't enjoyed the time here, but service is actually really good here. There are Air conditioner's in every bank, but in this bank you also get cold water. This is located on a good place, I would say, its a very relevant place for bank like thing. I don't have any account in this bank. Because i already have a account in Syndicate Bank. Staff is helpful here. This bank will fulfill all your requirements frok a bank. You should consider it as a good bank
