My \go to\ Sushi and Japanese restaurant. Unpretentious, excellent food, reasonably priced. Family run, and their attention to their product and customers shows. They have a very loyal local customer base, and they have earned it. Consider them a hidden gem!

Their Sashimi was fresh, so thick and fleshy enough to make me full just with a few pieces. The lady of the house was so kind that she cared about us enough to give us a complimentary food just because she asked my 6-year-old son to turn it down on his tablet PC, which was her duty and right to keep her restaurant as a pleasant place for all other customers. Thank you for your awesome service! Everything was so great!
A Dining! While Mclean VA is not the strongest town for dining, ICHIBAN is the exception! The owners and staff are friendly and courteous. The portions/price are appropriate, and the quality is outstanding. Our favorite is the Eel Avocado Tobiko Rolls! This is a dependable go-to for our family nights out, or just to pick up dinner for a date night. Even during quarantine, they have reliably stayed open, providing a small delight to our family. This is where my daughter learned to love Sushi, now she tries all types of foods.
The food is regularly well prepared and yummy, employees provides good customer service. I liked how clean it is and mood. Will come visit again.
Love this place! Excellent staff that is so responsive! Quick service and great prices. I always order my sushi from here.
