I was served by a young member of staff who clearly didn't want to be at work. He spent more time arguing with another staff member over leaving off 2 minutes earlier as he'd started his shift two minutes early. This resulted in him making mistakes with my transaction.

would like to personally thank Lewis he was very polite and the home delivery was packed perfectly he also went above and beyond to make sure i got my delivery correct and undamaged, he took great care in everything he did. Will be using the service again and 100% recommend it!
I don't need to go museum to see bugs collection. I can just go to Iceland.
