What a shambles of a delivery ! I ordered Thursday for delivery Sunday 24th I appreciate the weather was bad, the delivery never arrived and nothing no notifications at all. When I logged on the delivery date had been changed to the Tuesday being today and they have cancelled again stating the weather is bad. I have cancer I am on chemo and cannot shop in stores I have been totally messed about ! I called and emailed after Sunday and yet they still cancelled me today knowing I am at high risk. They changed the delivery to Saturday this is totally unacceptable and j have had to cancel. I have read so many similar reviews when I called Iceland I was 90th in the que !! That’s says it all. No one was even concerned about my circumstances nothing they could do I won’t bother trying them again

Fantastic that you spend 25 in store and they will deliver your food free off charge. It great they are selling a wider range of grocery and household stuff as well as frozen. Must admit felt a bit wierd doing shopping and leaving it behind.

Good range of frozen foods limited amount of everyday food basics just what you would expect really given the name of the shop. Prices always reasonable and special offers prices on selected food very good..
