ICELAND is an amazing good value for money store, But if i want to mention the staff on the tills especially the older lady on the last till near the back wall she looks like she has eaten a raw crocodile because she seems to snap if just ask her a simple question, the Asian security guard too has an anger problem, he is very rude and aggressive towards customer's For this reason i gave ICELAND a one star, if they changed the security man i definitely would give four stars!

Frozen food ...go to Iceland. They have an amazing variety of cold frozen food at special price. And the quality is good. Their frozen pizzas are good too. Chilled beers are like this icing on the cake. Prices are very reasonable.
If I could I would give 0 stars. Customer service is simply unacceptable. I’m very disappointed in the customer service of this particular store. After calling all day received no reply. Nothing wrong with the food or the store just the staff.
