Had a delivery today from Iceland. I was absolutely disgusted to see the driver carrying a crate to the front door with eggs & yoghurt seeping out if it! I informed him about it & he said to ring Slough store. Rang there & spoke to the duty manager. She was very rude & questioned ME as to why the damaged products would even be in the same crate! \Baffled!\ Was the word she used! Well I am baffled too & disgusted by how you spoke to me. I spoke to the manager & he dealt with it really well.

online order not delivered, no reason and no call to say not delivering. When i call the store number its engaged. tried for over an hour no answer, engaged tone, looks like the phone is off the hook.. Still engaged phone signal at midnight so it has been left off the hook. Not what you call good customer service, head office closes at 5 and only way to get help is to email them. Last time i will ever use Iceland. Switching back to Sainsburys
