Awful shop, have tried to use several times but no more, on my 1st visit 2 members of staff on the shop floor where discussing what a C word the manager was and S word working there was in front of my daughter nice. And now in 2 resent visits again more fail language on the shop floor and staff without masks on including one walking across the shop floor taking his mask of and declaring now that C word has gone im taking this off. I'm sure that Iceland maybe not the dream job some off these people dreamed off but you work with public so have an obligation to watch what you say will not be going back shocking.

Busier than usual for obvious reasons ... staff friendly and lots offers. and if you park in their car park your parking is refunded off your shop

A lovely young employee Tommy exceeded my customer expectation. He helped me carry my shopping to the till, opened a till and served me, and even carried my shopping with me to the car as I was struggling. Very well mannered and lovely conversation throughout the whole experience. I left Iceland overwhelmed how this employee provided a high quality service even though he was so young. Definitely coming back here again.

I really like the tidiness and quietness of these stores compared to the \cattle market\ experience of the other chains, where you're jostling for space with other shoppers and never-ending trolleys of items that needs re-stocking. Iceland seems to be able to do this outside of opening hours. This Whitton store is more spacious than the Twickenham one, and therefore even more of a pleasant experience.
