Been a loyal shopper with Iceland for years, I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Preston. I received a home delivery today and three items were missing. I rang to inform them and was basically called a liar. They informed me the items were put on the van, end of story. Disappointed is not a word I would like to say, it would be stronger. Double check your bags shoppers.

Older store with great staff.
The staff at this store are the best ever very helpful even the security guard is brilliant especially with children. It's the only shop in Preston where we got a smile from the staff. As always service and delivery brilliant even the delivery drivers are helpful and pleasant
