Iceland delivery service is reliable. Due to lockdown many major supermarkets have been unable to offer deliveries as demand has outstripped capacity and a wait of three weeks is very little use to housebound people and these same delivery services have not prioritised their loyal regular customers sorry to be negative but Iceland have been 100%available and reliable and stock such a great choice of non frozen foods and household items so we'll done Iceland

Very impressed with Icelands Delivery service, staff are very polite, helpful and the website is easy to use. Food items arrive in good condition and waiting times for delivery slots are short. During these very challenging times with the Covid 19 Pandemic, Iceland's good customer service have enabled us to remain indoors therby keeping ourselves and others safe.
Generally very good but Donny Food Warehouse has a staff morale problem which is down (I think) to the management...Good managers equals happy staff.
