No longer my favourite place to shop....cluttered Isles with display baskets that make it extremely awkward to access the freezer cabinets. Not only a trip hazard but also makes social distancing difficult as they create a bottleneck. Management need to be aware that many of their customers are elderly and not in a position to stretch and twist to lid a cabinet lid....I've flagged this up in store over 6 months ago but nothing has been done about it....so I guess an email with photos to head office should make the manager see sense ! .....well maybe !

FRIENDLY STAFF AND FRIENDLY SERVICE GOOD COVID 19 PROTOCOL MASKS ARE WORN AT ALL TIMES
First time having home delivery. Arrived within the time slot. Social distance adhered too. No checklist from driver to check the order. Had items missing only going onto my delivery I found they were now not available. Are alternatives not offered. They were available when order was placed.
Social distancing in place, everything I needed in stock. Lovely staff
The store is great , although small, staff helpful and polite.
