01/04/2020 - The Other Day after shopping at Iceland , High Street , Gorleston , I was unfortunate enough to have a fall , outside the Store . Despite their busy , workload at this horrible time , several Members of staff, rushed to my Aid ..! One got me a Chair , they were all so Kind (like I was a Person , not just a Customer !!) One member of staff (then finishing work for the day ) - even gave me a lift home , with my Shopping . I know this is a week later - I am still sore , but , much better !! But this act by such Kind People , has restored my faith In Human Nature - HUGE THANKS TO ALL CONCERNED , Mr Antony Banyer

The staff make this place great, super friendly, helpful and like to ask how you are. Cheap prices and a nice choice of foods.

Not hated but just wished more prices matched the products & quality of great service
I buy my frozen food from here lively clean shop, Great customer service and a car park which you pay 1 for, but if you spend over 5 you get the 1 back. I love this store, well worth a visit
