Easy, quick and great service. Easy to navigate store. Great prices, wide variety of choice. My only objection is that not all customers are following social distancing even though there are plenty of signs around to advise customers of regulations, and staff do not ensure people are following them

This Iceland branch is fantastic; average sized but bursting with great offers and prices for a variety of products, whether you're buying for yourself or for others. I've had minimal issues shopping here; whatever issues I had with staff etc. is irrelevant when you consider what's perhaps the best savings scheme out of all the supermarkets, the Bonus Card scheme (1 on your bonus card for every 20 you spend) and the overall cleanliness of the shop. The 10% student discount was an absolute life saver and I sincerely hope it returns in the future (which I'm sure it will). Would also like to point out that Iceland (as a company) is currently the only supermarket to exclude palm oil from all their original products, a move all supermarkets should take. Shop from Iceland if you want to help the environment.

They are not friendly to people who haven't got a mask on, even when they provide 100% evidence they are excempt. As such, i would advise anyone who genually can't wear a face mask, not to Shop here, but to go elsewhere.

Have some good food products however the store just looks a shambles. It looks like a dieing store. Shame.
