Experience overall was ok, got everything I needed to get. I'd like more enforcement of the face mask rule though because too many people without a face mask or thinking covid is spread via their chins and mouth only, they should be politely reminded to pull mask over nose. So an area Iceland should be doing more about but to be honest most supermarkets are inept on the face mask rules though.

I go here for a good budget shop towards the end of the week. Its a little bit far out, so not ideal if you don't drive, otherwise its easily accessible for wheelchairs. The shop is generally kept clean and the staff are friendly.
All the staff have always been lovely but today my mother has visited the store and been accused by the Manager of stealing a 1 pack of bacon, which was actually on the conveyor belt. The manager accused of her putting a pack in her bag. So she was made to show him the contents of her bag, once satisfied she hadn't stolen a 1 pack of bacon he walked away, no apology or explanation. My mother felt totally humiliated in front of the staff and other customers.

Its a nice large clean store with markings and screens staff are vigilant with regards to masks and space they sell everything wheelchairs can get round mobility scooter also staff are pleasant food nice I recommend.
