Loads of stock. Lady serving on till was really helpful as was the member of staff giving me directions to where stuff was. The lady who packed my bags and prepared my delivery however acted like we'd just ruined her day. Just no customer welcoming or friendliness at all. As a retail manager I found it a bit odd, even to the point where I had to defend the lady on the till as she started telling her she hadn't done her job properly! Surely not something that should be done in front of customers at all. Always a good experience just this time not so good. Moan over, bah humbug. Merry Christmas
Nice and friendly staff overall. If the self checkout is busy and a till is free, you'll be called over to the vacant till to be served. Good customer service. If the shelf is empty and you need an item, they dont hesitate to go and check if they've got more stock in storage. Overall friendly staff
Really nice place to do your shopping always stocked up, staff are really friendly and welcoming, they do a good selection of everything, been brilliant through the pandemic !
