Bought a cheap bottle of prosecco here and cork wouldn't come out of bottle. When applying a bit force it shattered everywhere. To be fair, the people in store replaced it no questions asked, but the customer service centre to which I reported it as a safety issue weren't interested since I didn't have the receipt. Won't be shopping here again which is a shame as the frozen food range is really nice.
