The young girl that was filling the shelves was very helpful ( didn't get her name)she also noticed I had a disability but I still had a mask on aswell.

We order frozen stuff that's ok but fresh stuff I would avoid.... we placed an order a couple days ago which included fresh this time as isolating due to having symptoms for covid... In that order we placed 6 items out of the 9 that were fresh had 1 days expiry on and wasnt what we needed and the chicken we ordered had the 21st on but was out of date and stunk the bananas are near black we have had a refund that has totalled near 10 of our shop AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE AVOID
Placed an order, waited all day for it was due between 12 and 2 in the afternoon. Thoroughly disappointed with the service. I'm here at quaternary to 4 in the afternoon and it still hasn't arrived. 'Ooo we've just had a puncture, sorry for being late'. That's all fine and all but I just saw an iceland delivery truck pull up outside my house, drove away I a matter of seconds.
Friendly staff , better than Asda etc !!
