Dreadful manager ...feel very sorry for her staff makes sense now to a young lady who helped me one day that was do glad to get out the shop and cried.... I now know why..... shame because the other staff are fantastic

PARKING FINE, BEWARE OF PARKING AT ICELAND CHIPPENAM, WILTSHIRE. I couldn't work out the new parking machine since I hadn't been there for some time and the parking meter had been changed from pay and claim back in store. I had miss read the instructions and done it incorrectly, but after shopping went back in as I wasn't given a QR ticket receipt, to which the cashier printed one for me once I showed my shopping receipt, as far as I knew I scanned it and left the carpark, I however kept the printed QR receipt just incase there was a problem, and guess what I only ended up getting a 160.00 parking fine that I had to pay, I was only there 29 minutes and I cannot appeal as it's to late. Check and double check and maybe triple check you have done it right. The parking company they use ( Horizon ) are clearly daylight robbers and it's not free parking if you make an honest mistake. I will post this message on any and every site I can, and every week as well, just so no one else falls in to this trap. Iceland chippenham and Horizon parking 0 star.
