Iceland is a great shop but ill be using a different one from now on. Staff unhelpful and metal crates everywhere . Large metal crates blocking exit onto car park (also a fire door) had very heavy bags and a 4 year old with me would have been easier going the carpark exit but when I ask was told by staff its no difference walking out other entrance . With the virus would be alot easier for a one way system.

I love Iceland, but its better when its delivery but only needed few bits. But it was a bit busy
Quite an amazing variety of food and essential goods... not just frozen but fresh vegetables, cold meats , butter and so much more. Shop clean and tidy and the staff helpful. Go in for one thing and come out with a basketful!
Lots of frozen food and other groceries varieties, there is good space within store and social distancing measures are in place with all staff members and customers Adhearing to them. I like the use of the bonus card where I can pop money savings on it to use at a later date lovely store and staff are welcoming
Brilliant quality of products and brilliant prices, helpful staff and I love the home deliverer.
