Not been inside due to current pandemic, however I have peaked through the window while waiting for my orders and it looks beautiful. Good greeting from staff. Very friendly. It is definitely one of my top stores on my baking journey!...

Very helpful staff who guided my wife with ingredients and equipment needed for her practice run for a wedding cake. Even recommended other shops for stuff they didn't have in stock. 100% recommend this shop.
Such a well stocked shop, a cake bakers delight. Max two customers at a time and one in one out makes it very safe to shop. If I wasnt acutely aware of the queue outside (in the rain) I would have loved to have spent more time browsing.
I have been to iced gems now and number of times and they have always got something I need and something I didn't need I was always bought it . they will probably get anything you want as well very good place to visit
