Great service, very good takeaway service during these covid time. Large range of Gelato.

Amazing waffles (very fluffy and quite large) that they’re just sweet enough and not sickly like they sometimes can be. Great service, nice coffee and dog friendly too. Lots of ice cream flavours to choose from (they also have vegan versions), served in freshly made waffle cones. Brilliant.
I am all for wearing masks during a pandemic but the man with longish hair asked us in a very rude tone to wear masks when him and NONE of his staff were wearing them, there were about 5 of them behind the counte not social distancing at all. There were also no signs on the door requesting masks to be worn meaning everyone was walking in without them on and him demanding them to put one on. (This is a place where you sit and eat with no mask on, not like a supermarket) This man also was wearing no gloves like the other staff members and then we saw him scratch his face? No visible menu for take away customers, just a pile of menus by the till that everyone had to pick up and weren’t being sanitised between uses. How you can rudely ask every customer to wear masks (to protect everyone else) but then no staff wear them (to protect customers) is beyond me.
Called in and have to say it was utter rubbish. Everything is just bought it and out of 5 cheesecakes advertised there was just one in stock and that was frozen. Staff unfriendly, unhelpful, couldnt care less. Place scruffy, tables unclean. Waste of time and money. If thats your business shame on you.
Amazing Desserts! Large portions - small advice, come here with empty stomach Home delivery possible. Interiour of place is too cold, would be nice to make it more cosy.
