I loved the friendly family which runs this hostel and my best breakfast I ever had in Peru!! You get more here for the price compares to other places. I stayed here with my motorbike and could park it at a secure place. As well there is space for cars. I had a really warm welcome and they had always good attention, gave helpful information and I booked a sand tour there. The oasis is 2.5km close and you can walk along the street for 30min or take a moto taxi, which will bring you there in about 5min. I read a review that the shower wasn't hot. Mine either worked and I saw that the security switch to the left was off. Because it's so hot here I was happy to shower cold. Bit if you need help, the friendly family is always there for you. Btw the nice cat "cherry" and the little dog "sol" are super friendly as well and happy when you bring them some attention

Very convenient for being very close to the centre of the city. It is cheaper than other nearby hostels.
Muy buen servicio. Ubicado en un lugar tranquilo y bonito, buena atención en la estadía, fácil ingreso de los taxis y sugerencias en el servicio de transporte y con respecto a los lugares turísticos.
Un lugar muy acogedor, todo muy limpio y un desayuno extraordinario, con la Sra. Lupe es como estar en casa
Muy amable la acogida que nos dió la dueña del lugar. El hostal es familiar y acogedor. Las habitación estaba limpia, lo único que hay un poco de ruido de la carretera. Desde el hostal a las dunas se tarda unos 20' andando, también hay transporte público para llegar a la ciudad o las dunas.
Gestito da una famiglia che vive nella stessa struttura, questo è il vero valore aggiunto. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. La colazione è superlativa. La posizione è intermedia rispetto a Huacachina e centro città, si raggiungono con pochi soles in mototaxi. Il wifi è debole in camera, non un grosso problema quando ci si può sedere in cortile e usarlo tranquillamente.

Cuando era el hostal Sumac muy buen servicio, ahora que es el Sumay no lo he visitado, hablando del hostal que está vía huacahina.
