Disappointed. Went to see a class E after being called for an appointment (yes they called me) and ended up waiting for 1 hour to hear \sorry we don't have any to show you and we cannot configure one as the systems are not working with that specific model at the moment\. Pity having had such a bad treatment.

Poca información sobre tu vehículo al dejarlo en el taller , cuando te llaman para decirte q ya lo tienes , y preguntas ¿¿ qué le pasaba ??... No lo saben !! Te cuelgan y te dicen que ahora te vuelven a llamar para contartelo! Y después de diez días allí, te lo devuelven sin ni tan siquiera limpiarlo... Q ese detalle lo hace hasta el taller de Manolo! Increíble que una Marca como Mercedes benz tenga este trato ! Y más teniendo el vehículo en garantía como es mi caso !

Horrible ...antipáticos que pena de ver una marca tan famosa perder en calidad con gente tan incompetente
