Ian has taught my son for over a year, and is an excellent tutor who is patient, friendly and highly knowledgeable. I am impressed with how far my son has progressed in this time, both with his practical skill and theory, and I have no hesitation in recommending Ian's classes to all. Thank you Ian - I look forward to my son attending your lessons for a long time into the future !

You get to learn the guitar to the music taste and songs that you like. He explains about music and the guitar really well so you learn so much. All round a friendly and nice guy. Highly recommend. I feel like I've come quite a way in the short time I've been doing the lessons so far.

I have been having lessons now four 5 weeks and every time I learn something new. Very patient and always a listening ear. Highly recommend Ian for lessons.

Our son has been taught by Ian for a few years now and has made good progress; Ian's calm and relaxed approach has been very important him. Given our personal circumstances we are very grateful for Ian's flexibility generally but also for his quick and efficient adaptation to Covid.

I discovered Ian shortly after moving to the Chichester area a couple of years ago. He has improved my guitar playing in a big way thanks to his total understanding of music and his ability to recognise what I want to achieve. I highly recommend him as a guitar teacher, wether you are a total beginner or an advanced player wanting to take it to another level.
